Karla Sandoval

Karla is passionate about helping others find the healing and wholeness they need to move forward into a fulfilling and abundant life. She seeks to provide unconditional positive regards without judgement, so others can feel safe and truly seen for who they are. As a first-generation Latina therapist, Karla brings a unique perspective when serving diverse communities that are dear to her heart. She considers it an honor to come alongside others as they process their struggles, providing wisdom and tools they need to enhance their relationship with others and with God.

Throughout the years she has worked as a youth pastor and helped youth, families and young adults navigate spiritual issues. She is passionate about the intersections of mental health and faith. She is prepared and Enrich certified, Gottman Couples Therapy Level 1 certified and trained in Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
