Della Ribka
As a Chinese-Indonesian and having previously worked at behavioral therapy sites, art therapy site, hospital and school, Della has developed a profound sense of passion in assisting people of various ages and backgrounds. She works with people that come to therapy with issues ranging from mental health struggles (e.g. depression and anxiety) to difficulties surrounding relationship conflicts: Family challenges (e.g special needs specific challenges) and parenting struggles. Della has also received special training as a Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT), Chaplaincy, and Child Abuse Mandated Reported alongside training for Suicide Assessment, Psychological First Aid, CBT-TF, Prepare and Enrich, and Gottman Training (Lesson 1).
Della has always had a heart for people. She understands that a variety of factors and experiences come into play in shaping a person; who they are, what they do, and what they believe in. Through cultivating a warm, safe, and supportive space, Della walks alongside people toward exploring, healing, growing, and building positive relationships with themselves and others.
