Hanna Heinekin

Hanna's experiences as a school teacher and wife have provided lessons on interacting within systems for healthy connection that inspire growth and understanding. She has special interests in working with conflict, trauma, and with individuals who are interested in learning more about themselves and the impact that they can have on the result of their own journey. Hanna loves to meet people where they are at and advocate for success in the outcomes that suit them. Her focus lies within communication between people as well as communication between the brain and body.

Hanna is a clinical mental health therapist trainee passionate about supporting adults, teenagers, and couples toward goals within the context of their reality. Her hope is to provide a space for clients to feel cared for while they gain insight into their experiences, ground into the present, and plan for the future; she understands that an empathetic environment is conducive to growth and the development of resiliency. As we move through life, the challenges can become opportunities for learning about the needs of the Self so that choices and actions align with desired outcomes.
